This stunning waterfront remodel blends soft coastal tones, layered textures and refined details for a timeless and inviting haven.

In the kitchen, off-white perimeter cabinetry pairs effortlessly with a richly stained island and a custom range hood wrapped in elegant brass strapping. The island’s rounded reeded detailing echoes throughout the home, subtly repeated in the fireplace tile, the marble top credenza, and additional custom island millwork, creating a sense of continuity and craftsmanship.

The open family room was designed with both symmetry and softness in mind. To balance the architecture and enhance the waterfront layout, we created a faux mirrored window complete with custom drapery, mirroring the existing window on the opposite side of the fireplace. This strategic design move not only brings visual equilibrium to the space but also amplifies light and the home’s connection to the outdoors.

The result is a refined coastal retreat where texture, tone, and thoughtful detailing come together to form a home that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable.
